The media created by the software contains boot files, configuration files, fonts, and font tools to support network computers, including .900 files. NCBridge software and .900 files were used, at the time, for the boot and initialization processes that were implemented by these NC900 machines and contained code that aided the firmware and operating system components during the boot process. These .900 extension files also contained resource references which were also integral to the initialization of these NC900 computers.
