NBI is a file type created by BackItUp, a program used to compress and back up files, and developed by Nero AG.
A backup is nothing more than a backup copy of files contained in any storage medium.
It can be a recent version of the information contained in all the devices that are at hand, or it can be entire servers with huge amounts of data.
Thanks to backup copies, we manage to have an action plan in case there is a problem with the systems in use.
