This CURXPTHEME file includes metadata such as author and version, and also contains cursor images as PNG files.
Stardock replaced CursorXP with its successor, CursorFX, which is compatible with Microsoft WindowsXP and Microsoft Windows Vista.
CursorFX automatically converts CURXPTHEME files to CURSORFX format.
