Open the 'Word' folder.

Double-click the ASD file to open it.
Click the 'File' menu and click 'Save As'.
Under 'Save As', select the DOC file format. Select a location for the converted file, enter a name, and click 'Save'.

The ASD file, in this case, is created when a new sample is recorded or when a sample is imported for the first time, which contains metadata about the audio sample
For general information, Ableton Live creates ASD files in the same directory as the recorded or imported sound clip.
